ENVIROENMENTAL POLICY

Because of our Company Culture, Social Accountability & the Environment Regulations TOPFLOOR Trading has taken various measures to reduce the impact to the environment:-

Portable Electric tools and Machines on site are maintained and tested every 3 – 6 month intervals in order to cause little noise pollution as possible. The production of dust is reduced further. Just – in – time delivery is employed to reduce internal transportation. Improved harmonization of combined deliveries to prevent unnecessary kms being driven. Special trolleys are used for heavy materials to prevent them having to be lifted. The protective edge wrapping can be recycled and by means of deposit system re-used several times to reduce building waste. Pallets are returned and re-used elsewhere. All returned material is sorted into types and collected by specialist companies for further processing.
